nice! Cool

THat BFD looks cool too!
bfd rules, but lets keep that one quiet before all the drummers notice Wink

did i mention the 42gb of samples powering the fully expanded bfd? shit its nearly half of my sample collection!
heard about bfd, might have to invest one day...

hmm, £180 from fxpansion for a zillion drum kits...

why would i rather spend that on a single snare drum? Baffled Chin

anyway, guru...
bfd really comes into its own when used with a electric kit, possibly the most realistic drum module ever..

in fact the attention to detail is ridiculous for the most part!
I'd rather get electronic drums first .

I NEED TO WIN THE LOTTERY!

word

Im at my most productive time ever !

just rattling out sketches at a rapid rate with this, Im using it essentially as a software MPC for hip-hop mainly.

Still a lot of features (both functionality and usability) I'd like to see, but they have most of these logged and are working on them.

Awesome !!
bobo - 16 out of 20 (mis?)uses of the word 'fuckign' on SC have been posted by you Hahaha

Big up the speed type massive !
bfd is the shit.. i love this program
how is this different from battery? i think ive got all the drum samples i need for a while but is the functionality different?

i tried it out... i dont get how its different from battery and using piano roll in logic.. ?
does battery do intelligent beat slicing of loops for you, based on frequencies as well as transients ?
Ooooohh, get her! Teef

I'd never let a machine slice for me unless I made it myself, brought it up as my own and lovingly educated it in the art of slicing. Grin

I saw the tutorial, but it seemed that there is no way of manually doing the slicing... Is that right?

Why not send me your beta and I'll see Teef
it sounds and looks very temting Chin
Definitely.
scope true it doesnt.. the few loops i use these days i chop up wit phatmatik..battery also has inbuilt eq and compression for each pad which is pretty handy if u dont wanna wire up multiple outputs, and has more pads for drums

im genuinely interested though cause a lot of people are bigging this software up , is it worth looking into?

as does guru Wink

I havent used battery 2 extensively, but i have used it on a few important sessions.

With guru I find the workflow to be simply amazing - dont know if I can fully explain it, it just enables you to be real creative, real quick !

So do you do the whole song/beat in Guru or do you get your loops together in it and then go into a sequencer? Can it all be done in Guru i suppose is what im asking?
