i'd like to know why so many people here aren't buying sc vol.3, so i've done a poll.
if everybody would please answer — and if you're reading this, then yes, everybody includes you Kisskiss — it'd be very helpful.

Lisa Wave Wave Rainbow
i'm going to buy it, stfu already Wave
I don't buy vinyl anymore.
I haven't heard it.
Statto: ban anyone who hasn't bought it. Grin
I am skint.
i think it's quite daring in terms of its music selection.
i hope i don't sound too harsh - i just want to be honest - but if i wasn't on it myself, i wouldn't own a copy.
I'm brassic but I'm selling loads of shit records, as soon as there's enough cash in the paypal account then it's first on the list.

That's the main reason why I'm planning on buying this.
I've got it myself and like it.

But it's a triple 12" with approximately three drum and bass tunes on it in total, yet pretty much all the advertising is via drum and bass forums, and I'd guess that's slowing things down a bit.
I agree with that. Smile

Most punters who buy dnb are dumb fucks, and anything different scares them. Remember how the Autchere remix on Cert 18 almost wiped out the label cos it scared off all the dnb customers..? Roll

Their best release as well!

Love the formication tune on this. The EP as a whole is in a weird no-mans land of eclecticism though...

I'd say the same could be said of people who buy electro-house.

yes, perhaps Wink

though I see it like this:

there are three 12"s which line up as follows:

SC007A DJ Trax - This One
SC008A Macc - Mean Streets
SC009A Fanu - Children

each of these 12"s has one or two 'leftfield' tracks on the B side

SC007B DJ Trax - The Tribe / Cryme meets DJ Trax - Throwback
SC008B Macc - Mr Mitcheson's Rhythm Method
SC009B Fanu - This Behavior is Not Unique

each costs £4 (+ postage) which is well below than the standard rate for a 12"

BUT

instead of that I've put the B sides on the same side
and shoved a load more stuff on the other sides:

3 Atomhead tracks
3 Nubian Mindz tracks
1 Formication 24-minute epic track

it doesn't matter to the dnb punter what these are because they're all basically free tracks

is that a fucking good deal or what?!!!!??? Smile

I dunno, I don't regret buying Volume 3 and am stil pimping it around the interweb, but despite having more than averagely eclectic taste in music I still feel like I got a much better deal with Volume 2...
id pay a tenner for the nubian minds tracks on their own

probably wouldnt actually but you know what i mean
i 110% promise i will buy it, im sure you will still have a copy for me in the next month or so Smile
