a lot of nothing here. boxing documentaries of the contemporary bt era, Nicola adams, Anthony Joshua etc; and visual hallucinations prevalent in everyday life, to metachoric (gates between states of dreaming) lucid dreams.
I see a lot of photos on facebook, memes and such, and find myself drawn to people's lives less by all the terrorism news. bad stuff is still happening, bad people probably still exist, it's just cause and effect and so many differences creating that.
i have been looking at paintings by brugel in the last year, Peter Brugel that is, but I have no great interest in seeing full installations, they're not worth venturing out of the house. i'm a homebody as you know. no matter how interesting something is outside, nothing beats a party with my power 5.
www.fluid-radio.co.uk had a lot of art news i was actually interested in besides your stream of stuff, some of it from 4-5 years ago intrigued me, films on engineering and such.

you'll generally find me stuck to music production, writing and archiving where the site is concerned, though.
^^ cool. I will have a look Smile

I'd love to see some of Doug Aitken's stuff in person. wtf about getting all those animals for his "Migration" project!!  Of course, Aitken also on vimeo and he has a youtube channel as well.

"Over the past months I've been working with Australian photographer Ray Collins to bring his amazing oceanscapes to life in the form of cinemagraphs, a blend between photography and video. Each cinemagraph is created from one of Ray's stills, and sets it in infinite motion, making a unique moment in time last forever.

These cinemagraphs inspired André Heuvelman from the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra to get together with pianist Jeroen van Vliet to record a very moving custom soundtrack, which I combined with a selection of the cinemagraphs." - Armand Dijcks, May 2017

You can see the original cinemagraphs at http://armanddijcks.com/cinemagraphs-...

Griggs...  fantastic!
Skinner illustration is mind bogglingly complex. I like it.
Galerie Stratique is on Vimeo. I'm intrigued by the Wire Tapper 43 write up of the music.
