all drawn from lies
cant calm the crys of these thousands angels eyes
through these, across seas, I make this plee to thee
who listens unable to speak
weak from what you seak
the peak of the mountin
water from this endless fountin
riding the wind from within

11 week challenge for myself

1. Chant 20 minutes a day.
2. do qi gong video every day.
3. Read 30 minutes 4 days a week.
4. It least 15 minutes something creative every day.
