go to the chemist and buy a sachet of Dioralyte - mix it up and drink it. Will sort out the dehydration and thus much of the other symptoms. THen eat some greasy food and lots of tea.

Probably that and if your anything like me, once you have drunk in excess of 5 pints you piss like a racehorse the entire night.
I wake up so stunningly dehydrated sometimes, pure agony.
Double edged sword though, as I like to drink at least a pint of water before bed but if im that pissed I am clearly gonna forget... and usually do.
