    Technological Groove Un-Appreciation

    ordered a vinyl of them b4 newyear and it still hasn't arrived, they're ignoring my e.mails aswell, took my money happily enough though!!! are they known for this type of thing, it was the first time i ordered from them!

    nah it wasn't a subscription it was just a single 12" that was in stock, needless to say i wont be purchasing tunes from there again such a shame

    I agree with your case what I don't agree is making a thread like this in a public forum. These things shouldn't really come out because as far as I can tell is a isolated thing...just my 2 cents

    just lost patience i guess i have e.mailed them about 10 times all they had to do was reply, and i started this thread because as i said it was the first time i ordered of them and i wanted to know if they were known for this kind of thing.

    I dunno he isnt saying anything that isnt true or is a matter of opinion he is just stating facts - I agree certain business things shouldnt be aired in public but when you buy from a online shop i think it is fair enough to give feedback - or do you not use Ebay?

    Over how long have you sent the ten emails? The number of emails doesn't really matter if they don't read any of them cos they're on holiday or such like.

    What I can say is that everyone I know who knows Luke at TG speaks extremely highly of him, and in the few times we have been in contact he has been extremely helpful and kind. He seems to take great pride in TG and I'm sure he wouldn't do this deliberately.

    Yeah Luke can be a bit long but he is basically a cool guy, I am sure he aint trying to stiff you mate!

    ive been sending e.mails since the fifth, i had one reply back on the 5th saying it shoulda been sent out the next day but nothin since then all he has to do is say its been sent if it has and ill start harassing royal mail instead and im not saying hes a bad guy or anything because ive never even met the guy

    imagine...hollidays. the guy take a 2 week break, but before, he ships the packages to the costumers.
    the package doesn't arrive because the mail guys are just as dumb as an oyster in coma.
    the client pissed off email the guy 6 times in a 2 weeks period (the period, that the guy is away)...client gets angry off course.

    i pretty sure something like this have happened j...give it some time.

    Technological Groove is an excellent site. Never had any problems with them and I'm confident I never will..
