The way the drum roll rolls and rolls when the drums first come in.
The crash sections
THAT BASS (and the how the pitch bend is used on it as the tune progresses)
The 2nd drum layer
The atmospherics / echoes
The unintelligible speech bits
The blueness of the sax
EVERYTHING about it, as I said !

Maybe not the best thing I'm gonna hear all day but rather something I remembered hearing / seeing in the mid-nineties on an Irish alternative music TV show called "No Disco" and searched youtube to see if it was on there...
