    Acid Jazz

I was, still am, a big fan of this movement.

    JTQ
    Galiano
    Jamiroquai
    Brand new heavies

Early 90's had so much going on. Any other fans?

    Probably a lot of haterz.

Loved some stuff back then. Jamiroquai's first album was the soundtrack to my first interrail tour. *memories*

Didn't Art Blakey at one point count as Acid Jazz?

Just been revisiting the first 2 Jamiroquai albums. To my mind the still sound fresh.

Super musicianship and a good deal of funk.

He can come across as a bit of a prat but I liked his music. Got a little formulaic in the end but most do.
