    Sheeeut, i just finished the best shit I have ever made last night, didn't take any pics.

    Kenyan Coriander chixxen w/potato and chickpea curry (which was sooooo authentic I couldn't believe it), home made flatbreads.

    Might have to rustle up something today, let me consult Madhur Jaffrey and get back to you...

    ^sounds killer

    tonight, i got thick pork chops to cook but am unsure how to prep em....

    thinking going with an eastern style glaze- soy/ginger/honey/garlic/sesame oil

    or a moroccan rub with cumin/thyme/rosemary/garlic

    The Penang was amazing - one of my favourite dishes but never made it totally from scratch before.

    Here's the result (dodgy serving up );

    I made 3 different batches of hot sauce today.

    3 bottles of Ben Kei's Fucking Hot Sauce - Scotch Bonnets with some Onion and Thyme.
    3 bottles of Scotch Bonnet with Mango and Lime sweet fiery sauce.
    3 bottles of Scotch Bonnet with Tomato and Garlic.

    Then for dinner I made Celeriac and Jerusalem Artichoke gratin with roasted Beetroot and Courgette stuffed with Red Onion, Tomato, Olive and Feta plus some herbs and heat.

    Tonight was fajitas with roasted butternut squash (with chilli, smoked paprika and cumin), yoghurt, lettuce and a sort of peanut / sage / onion / feta salsa. It was buff. No pictures, though.

    BTW, anyone who likes cooking but "doesn't really follow recipes" needs to get a copy of this book ASAP:

    Getting to the market straight from work a little past midnight and staring at a selection of frozen meals that all look mundane and a bit nasty, I decided to buy cereal. But I'm mixing two kinds: a basic oat flake mix with a musli. I'm exhausted.

    Made Gluten free vegan Coconut Cupcakes with lime zest frosting.

    Boy cant believe they came out alright, first time doing this. The frosting alone was a 2 hour process.

    Eh. No fun. Been there, hate when its late and need to eat and at the market faced with what is least unappealing.
