    New Subtle Audio Vinyls being mastered today! NCQL / dgoHn

    ... thought it was time for an update on the Subtle Audio front!

    I'm busy working a (real) job these days and between that and the move to a new country earlier this year it has been difficult to find the time to promote the label as consistantly as before.

    Been missing my Jungletrain show regularly due to work / computer problems etc etc...
    It probably seems as if Subtle Audio has been on the back-burner for the last 6 months or so - but in fact, there are lots of plans and there is alot of new music and a few new related projects to come soon.

    The next vinyl releases are being mastered at Masterpiece by Beau Thomas tomorrow :


    SUBTLE016 :: NCQL

    A: "The Framed Dreams Of Loki"
    AA: "Professional Daydreamer"



    SUBTLE017 :: dgoHn

    A: "Hang Nail"
    AA1: "4.37445 Yards"
    AA2: "Be Gentle"


    will be limited to 300 copies each (at most!)




    in other news - a new label is almost ready to be launched called "Bustle Beats" (Bustle being an anagram of Subtle )
    This side-project will be for more rugged and slightly more dancefloor orientated beats.

    The first 2 releases will be pressed together and here's the line-up:



    BUSTLE001 :: NEBULA / EQUINOX

    Equinox - "The Phantoms" (Nebula Remix)
    Nebula - "Sound Barriers"



    BUSTLE002 :: SENSES / LXC

    Senses - "Rodney's Choice"
    LXC - "I Know U"



    all Bustle Beats releases will be on 10" vinyl and will come with a special comic strip sleeve print by Louisa Donnelly (the one wot is my bird)


    No audio for you right now... but some of the tunes have been played in old Subtle Audio shows and on the Scientific Wax show aswell.
    So do some searching if you want to check right away. Will have some previews soon anyway.


    I'm hoping to have all 4 vinyls mentioned above pressed and ready by early January... so not long to wait !
