    Starting an online radio show

Does anyone have any experience in this. I'm thinking of starting a show, either bi-monthly or ad hoc, i'll see how it goes.
Shoutcast and ustream seem like good options, although i dont really wanna do video, unless I get some live performers in.
Don't really have any djs proximal that i'd like to have as guests on the show. Is there a way of routing a skype or the like feed into a mix, so I can have the "guests" I want.
I'll probably have an hour of dnb/jungle and an hour of other good music. There's just no fm radio shows in locale that promotes different styles of music. Any hints will be appreciated.
    Peace

I use UStream for my drumtrip video casts.
It has its pros and cons

If you dont want to do video then look no further than http://mixlr.com/
Its very simple, nice UI etc

Aye, shoutcast/Icecast are quite handy. With my set up I have everything going into the mixer, and then the output from that going into a knackered old laptop for uploading. If you can do that and your internet is fast enough, there's no reason you couldn't feed skype or similar into it, although sound quality might not be the best. For guest mixes etc I tend to find it's much easier to get people to prerecord, unless they can physically come to your studio.

If you're genuinely interested, I think Brap.fm have some bi-monthly slots going. There's a £5 a month sub, but they sort all your streaming/archiving/uploads/podcast on itunes type stuff, so worth it in my opinion. DM or email me if you want more details.

Just gonna be using the skype for live interviews\shouts etc. not full mixes. If it works well I'll consider the brap.fm ting.
    Peace
