thought i'd post this one here as a lot of you might be into it!

ok, i decided to do a 2 hour mix. starts off with a lot of mellow dnb and progresses into some dark blue note style beats. it's mainly stuff from 94-96 i suppose, this is some of the first stuff i used to go clubbing to and brings back loads of really good memories

for me this is where jungle changed massively and the music we listen to now came out of all these type of tunes. there's all sorts in this mix, i'll have to apologise for the slow mixing in most of this but i wanted to let a load of these tracks just roll out as they are some of my all time favourites. plus i had major hard disk space issues which meant i had to try and delete stuff in between mixes, would have helped if i had planned the set at all as i was trying to find tunes in the shelves at the same time!

the one reason why i'm not totally happy ripping it is that if i do a good quality mp3 of it then it would be very easy for someone to press up some whites from it which would be a very cheeky thing to do. and trust me, there are people out there who'd do it

i'll do one one day but it won't be a proper version of it, gotta find some way to release an mp3 of it so that it remains an unreleased tune

i don't see how that makes a difference, TPs aren't bootlegs!?! i was lucky enough to get a copy of the tune (although i did have to travel half way across the world to get it). obviously i like the fact that i'm one of very few people to own it but it was really just luck that i managed to track one down.

i just think that if these tunes are to get a release then it has to be down to photek or rider, they own the rights to them. i'm not gonna release a full rip mp3 so that someone could press up some shitty whites to make a quick buck...sorry about that. i'm well aware that there are people who would like a copy of the tunes but if it's not gonna come out then it's not gonna come out...i am in no position to change that
