Sautéed Wild Mushrooms served with baby Spinach and Tomato Concasse

Mains

[FOODIES] The Soup thread
What are the SC Faithfull boiling up on their stoves this winter?

I purchased a food processor this Christmas and it has taken soup consumption through the roof in the Dubplate household.

So far we've done:

Ham, Borlotti bean and Cabbage Soup
Ribolitta
Pea, Leek and Brocoli
Brocili & Stilton
Curried Cauliflower

next up - Carrot and Coriander
