I want to isolate vocals in an existing track that I have in wav form using melodyne. how do I do this? can't seem to get the note seperation thing doing it's business.

Anyone actually used this yet? Just DL'ing the beta now and going to use later in the week. Just wondered if anyone had tried it yet..... Got a guitar with shit intonation to sort out, wonder if it can cope with distortion???
