I was disturbed to find out that a guy I work with keeps wellies, a shovel and a rather unecessary amount of tarpaulin in the boot of his car.
I wouldn't worry unless he has a bag of lime in there as well.

wtf are you going on about?

Muttley Wrote:Dumb? Not really. His situation is applicable to any friend/couple relationship. Generally sensitiziation is between 6 months to three years, Data's too. He's taken the post down anyway. That alone shows a screwed head as oppposed to screwing others up, though I don't have contact with the bloke.

Sadly it's etiquette for males to man up, even when they aren't actually the ones at fault. Supressing personality rarely gets anyone anywhere, unless you're a freeloader who thinks it's fine to fleece people emotionally, and financially, pretend to be grateful after hospitality is bored into the ground, and so on. Two sides to every story for sure, but ultimately I perceive this woman to be logically challenged at least. I wholly hate those who think they deserve something they don't, however. Kinda like Andy from Little Britain, and just as commonplace and grating.

Circle jerks: it's a lighthearted parody. When real drama arises online, not only the circle jerk goes quiet. Or they'll revert to condescenscion, passive aggressiveness, going on about how hard done by they are - when that's usually a shite deception for the truth. Which triggers many, or few, outbursts.

Namaste.

Your posts here are examples of the last paragraph.

I'm far from authority; just saying fallouts aren't IQ restricted.
There's some tame Subvert Drama going on in this thread:

It was shaping up to be a grueling three way title fight for Ashes' crown, but pressure is running away with it at the moment. Crossing the line between contentious and cunt Icon_yippee bring it on.

In the spirit of balance judgements, although I perceive this as jovial trolling...

Scriptwriter Caroline Aherne once garnered "genius" praise by critics. Must mean she's a perfect partner. This explains why she's had multiple breakups, and abuses drink. Solely on the face of it. Meanwhile, Jordan, resident mainstream airhead, sponges off guillible fellow airheads, and can't hold down a boyfriend. Note 'boy', as she couldn't handle anyone but a halfwit that mirrors herself.

No friendship's identical to the last or next. Most of us learn that pretty young. This invites frustration when you discover a person to be fake - partially, or wholly. And times will vary when this is clear. Either gender can mistake falseness for diplomacy, ignorance for tact, and in the end, some of us have busted their nut, and had a gutful. Heretofore walking away.

Myself: I don't plan on conversing with any 'lady', or 'bird' I don't know, or that failed to know me, compassionately, in 2011; I'd rather spread wings and bug off to Greenland personally. No bitterness here - I simply don't need it, even if I want it. Until then, I'll keep sections of another guy's 07 journal in memory.

Quote:People experience a bad conscience and feel guilt for a reason. It's usually because deep down they know they've done something wrong. If you learn to supress that feeling without at least attempting to correct the wrong - or avoid doing the wrong act - then you will leave a trail of destruction behind you.

You also have to take into account how people come across online, and the pitfalls of fact versus fantasy. Another nice quote from that speaker:

Quote:Retain your own ideas, individual beliefs and identity. Believe what you know, not what you're told; look before you leap, but never be afraid to take the chance on something you really want. There's no greater regret than not knowing.

As such, I feel for Data, and those like him, who vent their frustrations as universally as they can, as best I can. And that's it.
Muttley - you never waste a post; I have the utmost respect for your admirable efforts Xyxthumbs

Indeed. But I do wonder on the worth in continuing to try to deal with Trolls...

I thought we didn't bother with them here.

no, you can stay Hugs
Pressure's trolled too. Appears alright in person. And I'm off work temporarily. Applied for a job involving music in Dec, interview unlikely. Huge competition from experienced workers.

Given some of the creative gems you've posted here over the years I imagine your portfolio is very impressive, so you never know.. What role have you applied for? (if you don't mind me asking)
Generally very tough business to break into to be fair, but you know that already.
Thanks. It's full time client support for an established UK ticketing agency. Telephone/admin/html/proofreading/page design. Pays better than my painting/decorating at standard level, 16-22. Now, need a change.

Ultifail: miss out a letter by editing a sentence on send-off day, which is near the top of the CV. Neutral

Aren't you working with youths? Smile
Aye. I know I'm lucky doing a job that I love. After years of earning a pittance I'm now closer to the national average, which seems like a fortune relatively speaking. It's easy to say follow your passion and all that, but a man has to eat.. I think (given how much of our lives is spent working) you can't underestimate the importance of finding work that at least interests or stimulates you in some way - the closer this gets to 'enjoy' the better.

I have just realised we are swimming in the crapper here Neutral
Toilet humour takes on new dimensions in the crapper. :P

Ideally I'd work from home like Statto does. I don't have the motivation to stick to one thing. Hence: write articles, produce music, mix other people's, promote gigs and recordings that aren't mine. Importantly adapt while doing my own thing. Tired of the hoo ha specialists and blame-passing I've encountered 09-10. Even if they're degenerates or have chronic tunnel vision. No-one's perfect, so all the more reason to grow, release, withdraw where beneficial.
Tonight my hotmail is functioning alright, so I was able to link this:

Quote:John O’Donohue speaks of the rampant appearance of alienation in our modern culture. He then begins to guide us back home.

Video could be hypochondriac hypertwaddle, but I've previously bought from Sounds True. Will watch it later.
so a drama thread gets crappered, i think it delivered Lol
