5 days on edit: in theory, but in poker terminology he's royal flush; he holds all the cards but has not been granted permission to use them. Swinson runner up has brightness, but in poker terminology she's all in; with potentially disastrous consequences I should advise.

I'm all for a socialist government utopia. The problem lies in the gentrification meme taking the mickey out of Corbyn: "I nearly ran the country you know" "Course you did! Now let's get you ready for bed!"

All other politicians are fraudsters and stupid.
"a terrorist sympathiser"
"a terrorist himself"
"Red Tory"

Whatever?
"May I ask you to watch this short video I made about the NHS?"

The Labour party is mostly against Brexit but is taking a neutral stance because the issue is too polarized. Rather than ignore half of the country, Labour will offer a choice in a popular vote: a renegotiated non-car-crash Brexit vs. Remain and then immediately implement whichever comes out on top.

But Brexit is only one issue. For everything else Labour seeks to change the course of British politics/economics, to redistribute power and money... basically in the words of the slogan... for the many not the few.

Vote Labour if you want that to happen.
Hahaha again

I am not really laughing at you Statto btw, just the ludicrously ridiculous brainwashing that Labour identity police have whitewashed on this country. Don't get me started on the fiddy cent American general public.

As someone who is neither Leave or Remain, for instance, I might want to vote Labour. But what purpose would that serve, when Jeremy Corbyn has shown himself to be a sit-on-fence neo-Tory parading under a "for the people" brainwashing hogwash?

Using foresight is not a appealing thing, it's an appalling thing. If he gets into power, he will quickly turn into another full bulletproof jacket sociopath such as Tony Blair. Who you don't like, I may add.

Why are you that full of hope for Corbyn? Less D-Ream?

Think about it. He has fifty policies. FIFTY. No law and order. Corbyn's a little greedy gremlin, hoarding all his best ideas for Christmas presents and presenting it as a manifesto, with no semblance of joining the dots, and he won't deliver, I can promise you that.

Every politician is a Blind Date retrograde, an "if you vote for me, if you pick me, I will be so lovely and we will get on like a house on fire". What's the solution? By fucking off the identity politics, please. Stop being a bunch of shallow corporate subservient pricks with no opinion of your own, ruled by the electorate because basic ideas like "well the Lib Dems aren't actually all that terrible this time" is too bias for you.

Take the Liberal Democrats as an alternative. Actually look at the policies. I don't give a flying fuck they're in competition with Labour or Tory, are you thick? All politicians are in lieu with each other. The point is to have good actions. Actions mean everything. Words are hogwash. I could draft this out as a dictionary's length, but do I? NO. I don't do that because I understand what good actions mean. Self-reflection. Something that most people on the internet fail to show.
sorry, but that is complete bullshit from start to finish
Sorry, but no, it really isn't. It's called experience and memory, and lack of tolerance for sheepish public braindead-ness. Something you could also remember is what politics is all about. As a non-politician, the general public don't even know what austerity means any more: more thought. But for instance, austerity is a big bad word for Labour sheep, because it coherently means they might have to stop pretending to be Richard Madleyesque. Stupid Alan Partridge type characters who usually work from home (hey! I have no job, look at me) or don't actually know what the real world is like.
It's called "having a discussion", not "that is all, my opinion is the only opinion, I am actually Boris Johnson level of tunnel vision".

We know each other better than the average set of internet trolls, right?

The problem is, I've been reading shit storms - actual genuine level shit storms - and been forced to stand quietly about my opinion by aggressive retards my whole life. When you're autistic, in particular, that feeling comes naturally.

And then there's people like Droid, etc, who read and read and read on a daily basis, and they have much more patience than me.

I like Labour too, don't get me wrong, but it's preaching to the converted on SC already, when really this forum used to be a place to vent frustration from the (to me at least) general ignorance of most arseholes out there.
So yeah sorry, I had a shitty day ysterday (no-one's fault), depression just takes over, I didn't mean to take strong opinions out on you here Hugs

Politics is just a fantasy to me at the moment - there's no structure to it, no intelligence, only tribes and materialism.
no worries Hugs
Cool. Glad you want to think.

Trouble is, most people aren't.

And it's very easy to be a armchair socialist; everyone on SC is pretty much predestined to be left-wing however.

That's where the power is. Is it not me, err?

I have very few people who are of talking strength offline regarding politics. Most are idiomatic conservative. In other words, fake actors who hide behind a stiff upper lip .

Only four people I know enough in OX18 talk this stuff.
And it's very easy for me to say "fuck everything" and get stoned off my disabled fat tits on prescription acid.

Problem there is, I turn into Wayne Slob. Exceedingly quickly. Drunks ask if I have learning difficulties (Downes).

On topic...the outcome of the local elections are always more than. More important. Charlotte Hoagland stands for the Liberal Democrats locally. I'll vote for that one.

I don't care about party fashions and history. It's schoolboy error to not realise the meaning and hence outcome of the vote is a lot more important than the context of politically clashing opinions; the techniques used to acheive the spin, and before all that the effects from any mention of a dissimilar agenda.
His behaviour on Andrew Marr tonight was absolutely dreadful
In other news this week, Boris Johnson's affair magnate Jennifer Arcuri has this to share about her ex-partner

Having pawed over every public policy in Business Insider, I agree Statto now - Corbyn really is the best of the lot for Prime Minister. You can sleep well now Hugs
