While we are not the most politically led group of deejays and promoters, we’d just like to start by wishing everybody attending the Stop the War March in Central London, a very peaceful and effective procession and look forward to seeing you at South London’s best excuse for an After Party this Saturday.

Spiritual South are showcasing a stunning night of hot Scandinavian talent this Saturday at "Southern Freeze", our party at the Telegraph in Brixton (15/2). The night will be headlined by A Bossa Eletrica, who will be performing live and direct from Sweden, exclusive to this party. They performed last year at the Jazz Café and the roof lifted... believe!!! Expect freshly squeezed samba/funk/bossa/jazz burners from their forthcoming album on Raw Fusion. Trust us, these guys will make your feet bleed! DJ's on the night will include, from Sweden, Mad "Papa" Mats (Raw Fusion), Lil' Tony (Nuspirit Helsinki, Finland), homegrown superstar talent Snowboy (Messin' Around/Ubiquity Records) and of course the cheeky chappies from the Spiritual South stable, Mark Robertson & Paul Carroll.

The sound systems have been beefed (times three!!!), The Japanese Veejays briefed and the door security tranquilised (cherry picking the nicest boys on the circuit). Expect 2 rooms of uplifting and upfront afro funkin’ future broken bossa latino disco jazzy tropcalismo breaks... phew... and or course, straight ahead block party old skool hip shakers to warm ya cockles at South London’s finest winter special.
