Okay, Ive got some bonus money from work, so ive just bought this, and will check it...
But still dont know.
If its sampled from Photek (im pretty shure it was), how can I use it? I mean of course sampling its not problem for me, but sample from another drum and bass artist? Specially an undiscovered break? Specially from Photek??? Even if I found his breaks on a sample cd???
I mean are these samples royality free??
You know, maybe Ill get some releases, and wont get any troubles with the big brother (virgin/science)

Just use it, it's not like other producers haven't ripped the fuck off of their peers, other genres etc etc.
No one will give a damn. The only issue is if it's THE break then people will just call you a poor mans Photek.

Sorry that come across wrong mate. If it's so revered/sort after then surely people are just going to pull comparisons all the time.
In any case, just get in there and use it. Don't worry about repercussions. Let's face it unless you go on to produce the biggest tune of 2010 with it I don't think you'll have Photek banging your door down
