K. So what are some of the best live shows/or sets/partys durning your life?????
I mean literally ones that really stick out right away.
Im just going to list a few cus if I think, its endless, but ones that really stick out in my head as a pivotal point of experience.

The Roots (some small night club before they were even really huge)
Sigur Rós (under a canapy tent in the rain next to the bay)
NIN / perfect circle show
Sonic Youth
Lightning Bolt
Cex /ur dog show
Ltj Bukem (on my birthday of being of age to go to the clubs..hehe)

Dont know why but I love the weather here, you get a bit of everything.
Makes you appreciate the sun like a mother fucker.

I do love the sun but im not sure I would want it all year round.

god, i get goosebumps when i think about some of them. actually during some of them shows i was crying because of so much beauty. :emo:
seeing rahzel live was a big en for me seeing him do 'all i know live' Homerdrool

also welll chuffed i got to see ugly duckling live at least once was the meatshake album tour so was so pretty funny novelty stuff aswell as doing some great songs from fresh mode and journey to anywhere

Speedy J @ Mute's ICA thing. Interviewed the guy beforehand, and then going mental to a club full of indie fans not knowing what to do.

Shit i almost put down this sage show, but forgot, I grew up with him soo saw him alot but that kid knows how to perform.

Yeah and prefuse 73,..The living room Providence Homerdrool ....Two drummers...I have to say the control over speed and syncopation was unbelievable.

I grew up in New England my whole life so I know all about the seasons, I just couldnt take it anymore now Im in SF and its been cold and raining for what seems like forever ( few months off and on) Icon_sad...hahah listen to me complain. I got spoiled real quick here.. hahah listen to me complain.

My biggest thing recently was probably Sly and the Family Drone in Cambridge a couple of years ago. Kind of a "yes, this is what I want from a gig" experience - big gobbets of coruscatingly heavy noise, but done as a sort of ecstatic communal celebratory thing. The band in the middle of the room, with people climbing on the amp stacks and drums being passed around the audience at the climax. Phenomenal.

Otherwise, probably Mogwai at some point in the early 2000s, Loefah at the Maze in Nottingham in 2006, Marcus Nasty at FWD the first time Marcus Nasty played FWD...
