My youngest dog, female, 16, died this evening. I always think of this song when transferring her name - Tara - to music, because it's so beautiful. My parents and sister are more affected than me, so my thoughts are with them. You gave us great memories, Tara. Coincedentally the breed is mirrored in this message on the YouTube page:

We had a very beautiful Shepherd-collie mix and we named her after this song. She was a great dog and she left us way too soon, quietly passing away in her sleep at age 11. We will always remember you, Tara. We love you!

i haven't been listening to much music over the past week or so. holidays came & went. dived full on headfirst back into work this past week whether i liked it or not, hating it all cuz i have a cold. colds just make me bitchy, lethargic yet optimistic all at the same time. i just want to sleep ya know?

so yeah, not much music being sought out.

but i still listen to the entire Moving Mountains discography on shuffle on the player @ work, and in the car last nite driving back home from dinner on a wintery highway in the mountains - it was apt. I heard Moving Mountains broke up. the August 2013 lp is still the tits tho. it is entirely great. ya hear?
