Problem with eLicenser (syncrosoft)

just bought a new instrument and treid to elicense it but the fucker tells me this

"TokenActivationContainer: XML Parsing error. Please contact software vendor"

anyone recognize such a message?

it really drives me nuts. this whole dongle shit. i chose the legal way and now cant use it

i got it running now but its really a pain in the ass
