Apple kills IPod Classic

That means the end of the "Clickwheel".

I fell victim of the iPod hype myself around 2004 by getting myself an iPod mini. However, I never got convinced really and it collected dust soon.

A couple of months ago though I got myself a sony Mp3 player which is quite good. Although, the Clickwheel on the iPod mini was indeed a superb interface. Much better than touch screen only thingies bc you could well operate it without being forced to look what you are doing.

I have Shuffle somewhere in the drawer, but have hardly used it. Won it for some stupid competition and at that time phones became more usable as a music players, so the i-device never got much use around the house.
Also, never been an Apple fan, so hardly care about any of their products.
Not really an Apple fan neither, but the iPod classic was genius.
I still have a 80gb one kicking about. It still works and it's not even half full.
