YES!
From the start, there was always been decades deep, senses of melody within the Front Line Assembly equation. Nice to see Rhys representing that quality on his lp. I very much recognize the long standing influence of earliest psytrance on local, Vancouver, B.C. ebm dating back from the early to mid 90's - there has always been a crossover there, including some of Front Line Assembly's production developments during that time as well. As producers in their own right, Fulber, Bill Leeb and peers obviously listen to EVERYTHING, and have always produced a huge, diverse range of sounds from commercial electronic musics, right up to industrial, and metal of course. That sense of melody has always been there, playing against an array of influences that have come to be included within their collective works from day one. This far on, I still very much appreciate that, for sure. Fulber captures all that greatly here. Deep & dark.
Love the lp sir Fulber!
