Definitely a good buy, my life quality has suddenly got better by at least 50 %

dunno what to think of this one really. i like it but i very rarely listen to it and i've only once sat through the entire cd. i know this is a rather banal thing to say, but IMO about 20 mins could've been snipped out of it..

smooth more or less. i think the record is more about piercing the concept of 'music' than actually piercing the listener's ears..

what's your opinion on Brian Eno's Thursday Afternoon then? do you think that's also too long?

haven't heard it Oops

don't get me wrong, it's not the idea of lengthy soundscapes with no actual hooks that puts me off, just that this one didn't quite cut the mustard for its length. it's still not bad though!

im very interested in the idea of lengthy soundscapes but i dont want to buy them not knowing what they're like
haven't got a clue about that monolake ep either.

yeah i've got the gobi the desert ep. its pretty nice but not my favourite monolake. that goes to interstate or hong kong.

sorry cant be arsed really, id have to rip the 1 hour cd and encode it to mp3, too much hassle

I wasnt that impressed with this release, compared to the two you already have. You should check out Biosphere aswell if you haven't already.
monolake created ableton live, so... yeah. MUCH APPRECIATION IS DUE!
