akai sys user...

so i've just got my usb board for my akai s5000 been using for a bit now but when ever i use akai sys it'll be fine for a while then it crashes my computer, any one eles had this problem?

I only had it crash recently when I changed the resolution of my monitor...

so I reduced the resolution (put it to the lowest setting it could go to) & it was back 2 normal again & solid as fuck!

another thing it could be is it times out on your usb connection & this causes ur pc 2 crash....but this would be very unlikely so probably not worth me mentioning

mine never went wrong, are you on v2? I used to have to unplug the usb after a long time of use every now and then,

i've tryed all diffrent versions.
i was just about to post about the screen res working as it crashed my comp??

theres some mention of a fix on here but u might have to signup to see the download

seems to be ok now just get the usb timed out error message but at lest it dosn't crash my system
