Slang you said at primary school, that you still use today

Following on from bighead's CCI thread...

In my primary school, 'Dry' used to get used a lot. I still use it today... Love that word!

Also 'Safe'. used to cane that in school, and still do. Not many survive though.

plus the fact i went to school in zumerzet so the use of your londinum slang did not reach us until 10 years after....

my slang was influenced by Bristolion's and combine harvesters...

leg-end (legend) i think this is used country wide... posibly a local thing though.

the Beckers is another local, to describe how you feel during an embarassing/awkward situation.
ie, your bum cheeks were clenched so hard.. like borris beckers just as hes about to serve during wimbledon.

...not at primary school (which to me would mean 4-7 yr olds) and i cant remember any of the slang we used then.
i remember my sister taught me 'shit' when i was about 4 but as she was only 6 she said 'ship' instead Roll
