producing noob here, whats your opinion of Fruity Loops?

Fellow user here and i absolutely love it Grin

Its been my first proper piece of software ive purchased and ive slowly but surely became very famillar with the interface and the ease at which you can move around the GUI ie dragging and dropping samples between the native plugin's, some nice built-in synths etc, another great point is the free lifetime updates for the XXL version Twisted

They've also just released the the FL Studio 8 betas and they have some excellent new features (SliceX, Synth Maker). As Macc said, its a nice peice of software and in the right hands can be an excellent addition to your production setup. I highly recommend it Twisted

Hi Amon,

If you don't mind me asking Grin How do you deal with your sliced break in FL Studio.

1. Do you assign each slice to a sampler channel and use the step sequencer to trigger the sample ?

2. Assign each slice to an FPC Pad and import the midi file and trigger the slices from there ?

Thanks Grin
