Great review IMO, maybe a bit cold and clinical in the way it talks about the album but that's what I like
No fluffy 'interpretation' metaphor nonsense, like 'ooh listening to the second track I see valleys and mountains flash before my dying corpse lying in a swamp twitching it's dead legs'

Of course. But it's a bit sad the 4 out of 5 come across like an "award for technical craftsmanship" - to me the review reads like he's had no fun at all listening to the record

Thought that was a good review; seemed like the guy/gal actually gave it some thought.

more i listen to this the more i cant really accurately respond to it because it's so good. it's like a painting that takes your breath away and when trying to describe it, you sound like a mumbling post-ejaculatory chimp. i have some serious studio headphones and the things that happen underneath in these songs are fucking lovely. all the tunes are so amazing. future classic, some shit saaaaaaaaaink


oh and that review kinda pisses me off on a couple levels but even the haters cant deny the insane skill, hence the 4.

Rephlex seem to have a pretty tight camp; people are usually on the label via merit and therefore are supported in their endeviours.
