After our excursion into contemporary Jungle with our last release from Ijo, we spoil you here at plainaudio with another brilliant two-tracker - this time by the latest addition to our humble artistpool: UK based Subvert, Shift.

With a bucketload of breaks and quite an unconventional playfulness this kind sir took us by surprise and could easily convince us to release two of his gems, Koji and Soultek as our 34th release.

We're happy to share this with you!

IJO absolutely tore the roof off!! He did a wicked live set starting off with 130bpm squarepusher-like acid madness to 170bpm amen mashup parts, then suddenly switching to 85bpm dubstep weirdness. Mind blowing.

I was actually astounded that he managed to keep the floor filled!
