I'm thinking what a few people are speculating, that he's been dead for years but been kept 'alive' as a bogey-man, and that now they've decided to 'kill' him off... its probably an open secret amongst the news outlets & why they going with it. This whole story is very suspect & criticisms can be made of it on any number of levels, Droid's comments in particular.
