Classic Jungle / DnB Samples?

Ez all. New to this whole production thing, and I'm specifically looking for sounds like this siren-ish bit that appears at 7:05 in Future Cut's "Obsession". Apologies if the answer is painfully obvious, but I got into the game relatively late and I'm still learning the proper names of these classic samples and things. 

If anyone knows any good sample packs with classic sounds like this I can mangle and manipulate, any info would be much appreciated:

It's called a Hoover, or a Mentasm, as in the tune it was originally sampled from (Second Phase - Mentasm). It originally came from a Roland Alpha Juno 2 preset called ("What the...").

To get it like that it has been sampled and re-sampled over the years. You are probably better off ripping it out of the tunes you like. Try using whosampled.com
