Justin Broadrick is doing the rock thing again under the name Jesu.

There's an EP on Dry Run Records called Heartache, with 2 tracks, each about 20 minutes, and an album that's coming out on Hydra Head Records later this year.

Soundclips?

can' t forget seeing godflesh - nearly 10 yrs. ago, they did hurt.

my ears were bleeding in some kind of sense. i'll never forget this gig.

not one bad album. streetcleaner's my fave though, 1st and best for me.

tech itch (marc caro) was rumored to have some kind of a project with broadrick, called morlocks (btw. not the 60's garage band, hehe)...
i heart godflesh
i had a chance to interview godflesh in the early 90's when they
came to detroit with napalm death & morbid angel around the
time earache opened shop in New York. seemed like extremely
nice guys to say the least. very laidback...nothing like their tunes.

godflesh opened....and godflesh owned the night! barrage of low slung
guitars & bass. i can't remember the second guitarists name on the tour
be he was a steve albini looking chap. sick sick show.
i've seen godlesh, neurosis, sharkbait, helmet, etc. all at the same club and godflesh just fucking stomped the place like godzilla.. easily one of the very loudest and best shows i've ever seen

He produced under the alias Tech Level 2, had some releases on Hard Leaders. Nothing special IMHO. Don't know if there's anything else.
general question: what's the better industrialgroup in your opinions: old pitchshifter or old godflesh ?!

personally i'd say old pitchshitter.

tricky one
godflesh are better musically
but it's hard to beat the sheer riffing energy of pitchshifter

Teef

if u asked me 10 years ago i would have said pitchshifter, but that would be the acid & mushrooms talking

Jig
Godflesh were it, nobody except for Justin's earlier band Napalm Death hit me as hard as they did.
