For crying out loud Roll
so stupid.. why revere someone it's blasphemous to depict? doesn't even make any kind of sense?
"probably wind up like Theo Van Gogh". They throw that line out all the time...
The main difference between this and Theo van Gogh is that Theo made a living out of pissing off Muslims until one of them had enough of his shite and south park piss on everyone.
They're only depicting things that the people they're taking the piss out of would never do.. well... apart from Tom Cruise...
watched it today, annd... it was FUNNY AS HELL!!! ^^
but do muslims have some sort of humour feeling or we all doomed now? naahh

Let's be fair - it's a tiny proportion of muslims making a fuss. Just because they claim to speak for all muslims doesn't mean that they do. Gonna watch pt2 tonight.
now it PEEP on muhhamed in prt 2 lol Grin
How can they create such huge amounts of irony and resist it?
This whole scandal just proves how spot on SP is (and how ridiculous ppl can get) Wink

I think we should start a internet-hype à la LOLcats only with random pictures of random stuff, claim that they depict mohammed and spread it everywhere...

Islamism - Funding the mental back into fundamentalism.
^^ Yes
I was very suprised buy the bleeps that comedy central put into Part 2, basically ruined the entire episode with the constant bleeps everytime muhammad's name got mentioned. A quote from matt & trey about the censoring :

"In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We'll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we'll see what happens to it."
