ok i had to do 2 xp installs this week so i made a little faq on how to sort that lang bar/regional settings in the install... i told you you can do it you lamers :P

when location/region option comes up during install

click customise
change top option to uk
change location to uk
click the advanced tab
change lang for non unicode to uk
click apply
click ok

clikc details for keyboard
change top option to uk
click apply
select us in window
click remove
click apply
click ok

done
