how often if at all do you have auto save set for?
any other setting you think helps?

short cut keys???
I have autosave set for very ten minutes.


Key commands? Loads of em :P

Ctrl B - Bounce Selection
Ctrl R - reverse
Alt-Shift-A - Import audio
Ctrl-Alt-E - Export audio

P - loop selection
L - play from start of selection

And quite a few more that escape me at the mo......

I don't auto save cos I like to do it myself, and also because sometimes I make changes that I don't like and just shut the project down safe in the knowledge that none of the crap changes I made will be saved.

I wish the import audio hotkey could be quicker. Still, at least we've got two mouse keys init :P
i have auto save every 1min...

ctrl + left / right arrow moves midi part
alt + left / right lenghtens or shortens midi part
enter = enters and exits selected midi edit
quantize = q
ctrl + a selects all

yeah that is a bit anoying..
Control D is my favorite. Its all about looping.
