I know most of you have no idea what im talking about but either way im real happy about it, Big tings!!! Grin
You're right, I had no idea. A quick bit of searching and I'd learned something new.

Well done, it is important. Do you have yours signed or something or have I misread what I found on it?
heres the explanation of what it is, not really signed...

what is the final point of the pracise? Smile
hopefully this was from a Nichiren Shoshu priest?

Point of practice is to attain enlightenment in one's present form as explained in here :

I'm not Buddhist, but I do read and try to live by its stance on compassion, and the like.
Really need to get back meditating, as my head is split up at the moment.

Congrats on your achievement.

Yeah ive never been able to meditate very well, maybe because of how highly anxious i am or that because of my pain levels, its very difficult to sit still without becoming aggitated due to the pain. I always used to do yoga as my meditation as i could move with the breath- but havent done a good practice of it for years now.

With this practice, while chanting ive found its more like meditation and im able to do it with more ease and for way longer periods of time than sitting meditation. I find that it really serves me and puts me in a rhythm.
Recently i tried to meditate after i chanted and found it so much more effective. Grin
As for this yay thread;

I was in a second floor apartment with no furniture and a bed that killed my back, and a crazy girl downstairs who banged on the ceiling when i played music even at 10 at night.

As of today i have gotten a bed lined up for 200 dollars thats super nice ( being sold it at cost)
I got like 6 new pieces of furniture in my apartment including moniter stands for free!!!
Ive secured the option to move to the newly open third floor apartment and with a flexible date that works for me... ( less worry about playing music and less noise bothering me)Xyxthumbs

zen time or brock out time!
Yeah chanting Daimoku is proper amazing. Since I started practicing three years ago I have met the girl of my dreams, have the best place to live, most of my furniture was given to me for nothing, been on Tozan (pilgrimage to head temple) four times as well encouraging my friends to practice to help them out to. The difference in terms of having a more resilient and clear head is awesome. You don't really need to meditate after chanting as fusing your life condition with the Gohonzon already is Kanjin (observation of the mind) as well as fusing your state of life in the nine worlds with the 10th world of Buddhahood present in the Gohonzon. Smile This is me receiving the Gohonzon btw :
