in the early 80s there was a classic rap beat, it was a continuous low key siren that had a hypnotic quality to it,(not the siren that j dilla made famous) . it's been used a bunch of times, but i cant for the life of me find it or remember it, my recall is fucked.

please help - mucho gracias subvertos!
