LPs — in artist alphabetical order

12s — the same but split into two groups:
1996 and earlier
1997 onwards

10s, 7s, CDs, tapes — in random piles. Roll
I have 4 piles right now...
1- punk/indy/rock stuff alphabetical & chronalogical by release (newest to oldest) applies for lp/12/10/7
2- house in one crate, techno in one, downtempo in one
3- d&b sorted by label and catalogue number
4- 2 cases with current stuff that is in my sets...

after I get this done I want to tackle inputing everthing into a database akin to tarzan so I can easily cross refference...

from doing this I came up with the idea of doing a 1 hour spotlight on a certain producer or label (which I will put to a vote on some forums). give a little history lesson to some of the younger peeps whom think it's all about the renegade hardware and other cookie cutter factories
