That Photek Sample CD

got the reinforced cd on this computer and that OOOLLLDD first edition FM cd in a box somewhere upstairs (i caned that thing, and it is funny how one of andy c's best tracks obviously came mostly from it ) - if there's still probs uploading i'll have a look at doing it/them

where is this mythical reinforced sample CD everyone is chirpping on about? is there some initiation rite or something one has to go through before being granted access to its mystical content?

they had the reinforced CD in stock a when i ordered it in like 2003/4 or so. just trawl their website/forums if you want to buy it, its up there somewhere. think there was a forum sticky or something. or there was anyway.

some of the samples are obviously from digital tunes and the 4hero albums, like the synth sounds from deadline. but of course maybe digital helped them make the CD?!

the recorded drums are pretty generic sounding, the processed sample staples (apache, amen etc) are ok, there are a few that i havent heard anywhere else that are pretty nice.

but apart from that its not actually that great imo!
