WE ARE SORRY TO ANNOUNCE THIS, AND WE ARE GOING TO MISS THE MEDICINE BAR – THE STAFF – THE MANAGEMENT – AND YOU!!!

WE REALLY HOPED THAT MEDICINE COULD BE OUR NEW PERMANENT HOME, BUT ALAS – LOCAL RESIDENTS WIN AGAIN!

The thing is that that bar has music most week nights and DJ's every Friday and Saturday until at least 2 in the morning and yet Metalheadz is the night that suffers.

Some info on this I thought to add -
According to a detail in the Wha's Up section in Atmosphere magazine #46, May(?) 1999, the Metalheadz 'Sunday Sessions' changed location sometime around that point from Blue Note, 1 Hoxton Square (looks like it's currently unleased) to the Dingwalls venue as mentioned in this thread
