you could do some excercise, it works wonders (been that way myself for a while too). On the NHS brain medicine. you still notts way? get to the peaks for a walk. if youre still where you were i always think of you when i leave the m1 at chesterfield...
 
I mostly walk round where I live or else by the river. Yes, I felt better in the first lockdown when I was going out every day.
