Euphony Wrote:Two nice obscure oldskool gems from Friends Lovers and family here:
I can't find any of the tracks from their 'In Search of a Cool Place' EP, some great experimental stuff on there
Indeed, didn't know those before, nice one

Formation was such a great label from '92 til '95-ish....
One of my absolute favourite tracks here from late '93: Sound of the Future "Fearless Wonder"

Ha, I didn't know this one existed, until recently when I discovered it on some mixtape-rip I dled

Recently I had to check on a Formation release and used discogs for that task to learn that Formation still exists actually and is still putting out music, although (as far as I was able to figure out) digital only. They also got a soundcloud page (However I recommend not to go there and check current releases. At least with artist names like "Wobble T" potential listeners know immediately what to expect)

Yes I figured warnings would be a nice thing to do. BTW there's a new Ed Rush release out as well. Link wanted?

Me born 1979 I was a bit too young for the initial wave '91-'94 myself, went to my first parties around '96. Picked up stuff before tho via radio/mate's mixtapes/magazines.
One of my alltime fav records which I bought I think via eby in 2004 or somehting is this:
Omni Trio Vol. 5. He was/is just a genius. Period.
