So I saw. I have almost nothing by him. A couple of Two Lone Swordsmen remixes and that's it.

Well yes, I only got this "Sabresonic"-CD that I bought as a teenager (which is rather Digital-Dub), but he was a very important figure within DJ/Dance culture.

Thanks for posting firefinga.

Some of the first dance music vinyl I ever bought while getting into djing back then was Weatherhall related stuff.  I've been a casual fan from afar forever it seems.  Yes, man was a blueprint.

My SC progressive house / post punk indulgent thread was largely inspired delving back into earlier Weatherhall stuff.    I was listening to this the other week actually - a vinyl plate I once owned back then.

Cheers
^^  apologies for the weird, forum ghost formatting snag there.  merely attempting a triple Lighter emoji.     lol

Same here, I have the Fed Ex To Munchen by the Radioactive Man alias; the Weatherall name remix on that is amazing prog house; and he's a great DJ and singer - I've seen him perform twice; once to a packed 02 Oxon, second at the legendary Bangface Arches rave to a sweaty back room.

Edit: between 5-6am this Friday morning, I have put together a mix showcasing a general vibe effect of Andy's music, with the "Fedex to munchen" remix clipped from Autonomic Podcast Layer 5: Influences, mixes in at the end. The mix includes Bonobo, BJ Nilsen, FL, Yeter, Mark Templeton, Kettel, and Intex Systems released audio.
Celebration of the sound mon Weatherall.  I listened to this the other day.  AND.. will be digging into his Halloween mix later in the week for sure!
