could this be a good way of raising money for vinyl releases on subvert central? i.e allow people to download tracks early? i know most people would also be willing to pay for the vinyl version too.

@stacks i wonder how difficult this sort of thing is to implement, probably not too bad. i agree that people who were given the opportunity to buy a digital version of the track at, say tp time, would probably be willling to buy the vinyl 2 or 3 months later.
