I actually eat very healthily.
Brekkie = milk, oats, banana, honey and cinamon
Blitz - drink
lunch = brown bread sambo
Dinner = chicken and salads
Plus about 3 ltrs of water a day.
Then comes the weekend, when all of this goes out the window and 50 pints of Guinness come busting in the front door.
