That means like nothing with wheat, no bread, bagels, treats....
had that recommended to me due to chronic joint pain (the cause was something else). there's really bad gluten-free substitutions (once had a pizza dough i swear tasted like tooth paste) and pretty decent substitutions. you can make crackers from dehydrating flax seed meal... so that plus hummus is pretty good. lots of fruit & vegetables & beans.
i'd say finding things when eating out is the hardest part. at home, you write out a meal plan and then keep the house stocked.
Yeah apparently gluten and suger is a big no no when dealing with what i have. I decdied getting rid of gluten would be first step.
I am thinking lots of rice and oatmeal to replace bread and bagels... the bread substitutions are horrible as i have attempted this diet in the past.
Really is it hard to make those crackers, im not the best in the kitchen with weird things like that.
