because i'm tired & loopy & in post mode, here is something I wrote on another forum about the April 30, 2007 Equinox radio set...

i actually got goosebumps right now - maybe it's the lack of sleep, the sweats emanating from my body or my own recollection all day of what this meant to me..

May 3 - Dave sent me a txt saying April 30 archive too good for life around 11am
I am busy, I am on my way to deal with urgent family matters across the ocean
I have never heard the Equinox show before this one (but love Equinox)
May 3 later on around 6pm Dave sends me another txt with the set, and exclaiming last warning on it

Three later I leave for Poland...

I come back to the set, May 17, listen, not down with the Rockers International remix, but I feel something

Talk to J and Dave about the show... Dave is losing it.. J isn't convinced... a few days later convinced.. we listen to it after every jam, every ride,
iPod
standard every time
more and more i listen, i hear the sounds
June is the first part, wheel
wheel
& then everything dehisces

we only talk in Equinox jargon now - and laugh
but it becomes conversation
I make it circular around sometime in july - we go in circles, i fall in love,
JulyjulyjulyJuly comes and El Guapo has me in it
over and over
J gives in, 'the new ice cream' it's dubbed
i become perfervid

i time myself to see how fast i can get to work on my bike,
at which point in the set do i arrive...

august is a whirlwind - we decide we can't
anymore

but we do anyway,

because by going in circles we find things we missed the first time
i am fantastically in love

& this is where it all started
the equinox sessions.

my wrists in pain after every show
chat room rave

there is so much more my memory can't (re)produce now.

& somewhere along those lines i ....
